DESIGN KICK-OFF

Phase I: Market Research, Discovery & Concept Ideation

Competitor mapping, understanding and aligning with your brand DNA, before progressing into concept generation based on a summary of findings during this initial phase.

Overview

We'll study the commercial and competitor landscape, before exploring initial concepts that align with these discoveries before translating these ideas into 3D prototypes.

DESIGN DEVELOPMENT

Phase II: Design Development & Sampling

Building on initial concepts and dialling in details prior to leveraging supplier relationships to progress through sample development and concept refinement.

Overview

After signing off on initial concept direction, we'll begin fleshing out and dialling in details before we move forward into sampling - where we turn digital concepts into physical products. The development phase sees us take your product from first sample through to production approval.

Our strategic partnerships give you access to the best technical soft goods manufacturers in the world. These are carefully selected partners that we've personally worked with for years. All of our partners are audited to ensure that people and the environment remain at the centre of what we do.

MANUFACTURING

Phase III: Manufacturing & Supply Chain Management

After product validation and sample approval, we're ready to start producing at scale. We manage this whole process from PO placement through to production management, quality assurance and logistics.

Overview

After approving the final sample, we'll progress to PO placement and material procurement will begin. We'll oversee this whole process from start to finish, ensuring that the project stays on track, whilst our team on the ground will ensure that inbound materials pass our quality checks.

What we do

We support and manage the placing of purchase orders, whilst ensuring you get the best price and payment terms. Consulting on quality assurance, packaging and logistics, providing an end-to-end solution from start to finish.

Marketing

Phase IIII: Branding, Messaging, Content & Marketing

We're able to help you sell your products more effectively through brand storytelling, creative production and marketing strategy through to scaling your sales channels post-launch.

Overview

Our team are able to offer creative support to further drive the success of your new product. We know how to develop great products, but we also have experience in building great brands and selling products through emotive visual content combined with performance marketing.
